Jack On Fire CD Release

My nephew Ben and his band Jack on Fire were back in Perth on the weekend to launch the release of their debut album Stranger Cain. Originally from Perth, they relocated to Melbourne last year and have been working towards the release for some months now. A big hometown crowd turned out on Saturday night at the Rosemount to welcome them back and the band didn't disappoint. Their unique blend of evangelistic/swamp punk/alt. country sound was enthusiastically embraced by the Rosemount crew. Ros and I drove up from Margaret River, stayed out later than we should have but came home with a bunch of shots of the kids delivering the goods! Here's a sample, hope you enjoy. Regards Steve
